My daughter attended this school for 8 years and the bullying is horrible the teachers are part of it sometimes. The school big click because there are a lot of parents that work and coach at the school so if you don't have the name or the money don't expect playtime or teachers help. I would recommend looking up the school on google before you go here because there are some disturbing things. Schools should be encouraging kids to learn and succeed in school and support students, but this is not the case at all for thorp. The worst kids at the school are teachers or people with money and last names. If you don't have that then don't expect your kid to do well. My daughter got put in "special classes" now that she is going to a different school the new administration didn't understand why she was put in those types of classes when she passed out of them and now is taking some college classes because she is smarter than what the thorp school classified her as. Thorp does absolutely nothing for bullying. Kids that are getting picked on the teachers let it slide or tell you to suck it up. The school administration/faculty likes to preach about anti-bullying and fairness but that doesn't happen at thorp school. So if i could've gave thorp a 0 I would've because they don't even deserve a star.
