    Gorgeous, square 40-acre parcel located on a paved road. This property is full of beautiful Maple, Oak, Birch, & Pine trees. There is a thick stand of pines on the west side of the property, which serves as an excellent sanctuary for deer, grouse, & other wildlife. There is also a 28x36 pole barn approx half way back on the property, for some privacy. The driveway goes through most of the property for easy access from the road, all the way to the pines. There is also a small pond located just east of the meadow. Great hunting, camping, or building parcel. Lots of deer & turkey sign all over the property. There is a nice open meadow towards the W side of the property, just before the pines. Great spot to hunt, target shoot or camp. There are several hunting stands on the property. There's an old wellhead on the property, in unknown condition. (There used to be a dwelling on the property many years ago, that has been removed). There are also power poles to barn, but the line is down

      "I moved here 21 years ago and love the peace and quiet. It is truly a sportsperson's paradise. I own a Construction and Property Management Company. I wouldn't live or work anywhere else. It's location is under a hours drive to Mt Pleasant & Midland Just 1.5 hours to Lansing & Traverse City. It's location is perfect to escape the stress of city life, yet close for your guests and family to travel to visit! "
