I am a former student from this school and this school is INCREDIBLE! The teachers set good examples for the students and teach them so much in a variety of subjects, while also preparing them for their futures and having fun and creative lessons. There are often fun events and incentives at the end of each quarter for the students if they have been on their best behavior, such as glow-in-the-dark dance parties and the creek crawl. There is a reward system called PAWS where if a student has been recognized for being respectful, responsible, safe, or a leader, they are given a paw and they could be selected for a special prize. Bullying is not tolerated at this school, and teachers will always help a student with bullying problems right away. There is also a counseling system at this school that is open to everyone. I was so happy being a student in the great environment of Poplar Creek, and recommend this school to any children who want to attend a very educated, fun, and leader-lead school!

Ok so the teachers aren't that bad but the management in the district is awful and makes awful decisions. Also they value football and cheerleading over every other club in the district. These clubs get free trips to whatever events they have and get almost unlimited funding while other more academic clubs are left to fight for themselves.
