The actual area and location of the property should be determined by a licensed surveyor.

Head west to visit Hawaii Volcanoes National Park or Volcano Village, which offers gift shops, cafes and restaurants, a general store, gas station, post office, and art studios and galleries. Head east to Mountain View, Kurtistown, and Kea'au, where there are public and private schools, and additional grocery stores and restaurants; and the city of Hilo, approximately 30-45 minutes away, where major big box retail stores, shopping malls, the airport, and the hospital are located.

Electricity is available; Buyer should verify any additional costs with the electric utility (Hawaiian Electric) to run power lines from the highway to a structure built on the property. Water source would be via a water catchment system (rain water); wastewater would be disposed of via a septic system. The Royal Hawaiian Estates subdivision is located in Lava Hazard Zone 3, Flood Zone X.

My son had just graduated from this lovely school, in the two years he was there, for the 4th and 5th grades, he had two wonderful teachers who were his favorite teachers of all times, he learned new stuff fast, and he was making lots of friends as soon as he started school. There were many activities, events, and field trips that kept his active mind interested, and I especially love how many family events and award ceremonies the school held to make the ohanas feel welcomed! The principal remembered everyone's name and the teachers seemed happy to be there.I was surprised to see the rating for the school isn't so high, considering how many schools my kids have been to (due to moving) and this is both me and my son's favorite school!
