Pros: The students, fellow teaching staff, and community are wonderful to work with.Cons: The campus administration engages in consistent workplace bullying and creates a highly toxic, hostile work environment. School leadership lacks professional boundaries, targets specific employees, and operates without accountability. The most alarming issue is the complete breakdown of the institutional safety net. Multiple formal complaints regarding this behavior were escalated up to the proper chain of command— including the teachers union, the school district’s HR department, and the superintendent’s office—over a span of a few years.Despite clear documentation and repeated outreach, no corrective action was ever taken by upper management. Leadership failure at the building level is entirely enabling this behavior to continue unchecked. The school district and superintendent must stop stop ignoring documented complaints of administrator misconduct. Future educators should be highly cautious about applying to this campus until there is a complete change in building leadership and an overhaul of how the district handles workplace harassment.
