5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughters attend school here and their staff is very unorganized and when calling the school or asking about your children. They have no clue about anything. I ask them questions about the children they have no answer for me and they have terrible attitudes. I don't understand why they are school staff if they don't even do their part. Today 3/6 I came to pick up my girls from school and they have a doctors appointment today and I go to the main office and they have no clue where they were or why after school program my daughters where in. The after school program is within the same facility. They should know all this information. This concerns their safety, why if there was a emergency. Security guards are on their phones taking personal calls, ignoring my attendance to pick up the girls. Like this is ridiculous and this is not how a school should be ran. Especially if this is a elementary school. These kids are young. This is a ongoing problem and the staff should get retrained or fired. Please address this to the school please.Other Review9y ago5 Reviews - Brownsville Academy High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience at this school has been a 10/10. I started out here in 6th grade and now I am a senior here at Ms.354. I feel safe every time I enter this school, the teachers will make sure that your students leave this school ready for high-school and their future. There are a lot of fun activities here at this School.I personally engage in debate, Steel Pan and dance and we take multiple trips where we are able to compete against different schools. The 8th graders are actually going to a three day senior trip where they’re able to celebrate all the hard work they have done .Student Review2w ago22 Reviews - Check out schools near Union St.

"This area is now called crown heights. We are located on the other side of Eastern Pkwy. Atlantic ave is a border. We are up the hill. Not a dangerous neighborhood but people will litter all over your property. Dog litter everywhere. Trash from corner bodegas everywhere. I hate that about this community. "

"There are lots of dog parks both official and unofficial, where you can have your dog off leash before 9am or after 9pm. It's important to understand that it's not ok to let your dog pee or poop on sidewalk trees. Homeowners here take a lot of pride in their trees and gardens and letting your dog relieve itself on their property (even if you clean it up) is considered deeply disrespectful."
