About this House

Accessible ranch property located along HWY 83 just minutes from town. There are two water wells that have been used to provide water for livestock. The ground is divided by newer crossfencing with +/- 25 acres of native grasses, +/- 90 acres planted in love grass, and +/- 50 acres traditionally planted in either wheat or sorghum. Property has a row of large shade trees along the northern border of the property for additional protection from the elements. There are no cattle on the property now but, the owner had grazed about 30 momma cows and 2 bulls and still harvested between 200-250 bales of love grass. The ranch has two water wells providing a good supply of fresh water to cattle ran on the property. The north well on the hill has a solar panel and has worked great.
