6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur experience with this school was nothing short of a nightmare. I have never been one to make excuses but only keep it real. This place has a serious bullying issue like no other. The thing with larger cities, is they will nip it in the bud but here they pretend like it does not exist. The good ole boy program definitely exists in this county and if you do not believe me, all you have to do is google the school to see the issues that they have had over the past several years. If you are an educated person or military person, do not send your child to this school. There really is no structure and order. If your child is bullied and they stand up for themselves, then they will be the one crucified.....not the bullies (speaking from first hand knowledge). Hindsight is 20/20 and I would have definitely moved into Madison County vs. Limestone.Parent Review1y ago12 Reviews - Tanner High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have really enjoyed Tanner Elementary! The teachers and staff are always so excited to these the kids and really put time into each of them. My daughter had learned so much already. They have been accommodating to her speech impediment and she has improved her speech drastically since the stated seeing the speech teacher here. My only complaints are no fault of their own, but with the country. Tanner seems to be the neglected school of the district. The buildings are from the 1960s and are slowly falling apart. The parking lot is full of potholes. The ball fields are not in the best condition. I feel like this keeps enrollments down, in turn causing less funding to fix these issues.Parent Review2y ago1 Reviews - Creekside Primary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI cannot say enough about Creekside. My child is in first grade and had an excellent experience in K, and so far, 1st grade is excellent. The school recently received a Blue Ribbon. Mr. Scott, the principal, is engaged and energetic. My child loves music, art, and PE in addition to his classroom learning. Last year, a child in his class needed special assistance due to disability, and the school did a fantastic job integrating the child into the class. It was a great learning experience for all the kids. I know a lot of parents are eager to get their kids into Madison City Schools, but I think that Creekside should not be overlooked. It's a great community.Parent Review4y ago2 Reviews - Check out schools near Tribble Rd.

"My commute to downtown is 15-20 minutes or less from the east side of Madison in non-rush hour traffic. During rush or peak travel times, my commute is 20-30 minutes to downtown."

"Everyone is very kind and seems to take a sense of pride in keeping their homes presentable. It is a safe neighborhood and you’ll frequently see families out on a walk. Never have had any issues with unruly neighbors or anything if the sort. Comfortable with leaving my dogs in the yard for a little while too which I was not in our previous neighborhood."

"Traffic is difficult when school takes in and dismisses. dismissal is staggered between elementary, middle and high schools so there is a steady stream of traffic in the morning- school + work and afternoon school then work. it can be sticky in spots because of this. "

"No publc transportation. Traffic is heaviest when school starts and ends and about 4:30-5:00. it can take about 10-15 minutes to make the 4 mile drive depending on what time I leave (doorstep to doorstep) Sunday mornings are also heavy on traffic due to the number of churches in the area. "

"It is common for people that live in our neighborhood to walk their dogs. It is expected though that you clean up after your dog and not allow it to bark frequently. Neighbors are usually friendly to dogs that are seen walking and stop to chat with the owners. "
