"There is 18 miles of country road. It isn’t too bad. It’s close and I can be home quickly or go to Amarillo for something I can’t find here. "

"In Canyon you need to have a car to get around. Public transportation is minimal. Commute to Amarillo is fair. "

"Short commute to shopping and children’s school for drop off and pick up. Police patrol the streets well, especially at night. I recommend the Canyon area to anyone that wants to raise a family and take advantage of no state income tax. "
