About this House

We want to sell two houses. We will sell them separately or together.
Our bigger house is a two story home with 4 big bedrooms and an additional room over the garage, that we now use as a walk in closet. The washroom is upstairs by the master bedroom. It has a big front porch and a back deck, and a fenced in yard and a half court basketball court. There is an attached Two car garage. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and half bath down stairs. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all open and makes the room feel very big. Asking 170,00 for this house but we are willing to negotiate.

The second house is a 3 bedroom house, with big front porch and small back porch. It has a large kitchen that is open to the living room. Bathroom was remodeled a few year back. There is a two car detached garage and two out buildings.
The house is listed as an Airbnb house. It really does well as many trail riders rent it . We have had it open for about 10 months and it is booked nearly ever weekend. You could keep it as an Airbnb and pay your mortgage with what you make from it. We are asking $80,000 for this house.

"Drug addiction problem is bad. There has been an increase to n crime. A lot of people have sold out and moved. Their old homes have been turned into rental property. Some of the landlords are not conscientious about keeping up their properties"

"There is nothing for young people to do here anymore. The drug problem has gotten out of control with several known “drug houses” in the neighborhood. Police rarely patrol. Most long time residents are leaving, including myself."
