"Iโ€™ve lived in this area off and on both as a child and now as an adult. The nature is lovely and it can be a quiet calm place. However, itโ€™s a difficult place for young people as people arenโ€™t always kind and thereโ€™s not always much to do."
  • Munchie769
"People give other people hard time about their pets because they donโ€™t like to clean up after them. "
  • Annmarie Richard Entner
"Yes.. if you like to walk your dog. I also have an electric fence. I love seeing other dogs however I see most donโ€™t pick up their dogs poop "
  • Marlene Baez
"No I live to far from the transport from the rest of the kind of cars I know about. The transport is so far from my house I would have to travel about 20 miles away from me."

  • DIANA
"Once I started looking at homes for sale in Hemlock Farms, I didn't want to buy a house in any other community. It is so well kept and clean. It has 24/7 security at the gate to get in, it has it's own fire dept, police dept, ambulance service & post office. Right across the street of the community is a small shopping plaza for all your basic needs, a super market (WEIS), a chinese restaurant, a pizzeria, and a few other stores. On the main road there are a Rite Aid Pharmacy, Subway & Dunkin Donuts. All the homes are well kept too. I have no knowledge of the schools because I have no young children of school age, but I hear they are very good in Lords Valley. There are lots of community activities. You are about 5 minutes to I-84."
  • Patricia M.
"We looked for a long time to find the perfect community for our vacation home. At Hemlock Farms we found just that. The community offers lots of amenities and weekly activities for all ages. There are many people who live there full time as well as weekenders. The most important thing to us was security. Hemlock farms is a gated community that has their own public safety department and fire department. They also have houses of worship for Catholic, Jewish and non-denominational Religions. They have Lakes, Pools (indoor and outdoor), A library, Teen center, and a gym and the list goes on and on. It's a very well kept community with rules and regulations to keep it looking this way. We love our home at Hemlock Farms. Buying our home there was one of the best decisions we ever made. "
  • Maryann P. H.
