"I love it out here and so does my wife and I have a lot of friends out here and it's quiet out here and it only takes me 120 hours to go fishing at alone lake"

"Perfect for those who want to live away from the hustle-bustle of the city, but still have access to its amenities. Very quiet, peaceful way to live. Beautiful mountain views and sunsets, usually ten degrees cooler than Phoenix. Love it here."

"Polluted well water, and air from the power plant. Toxic waste has been leaking from the paloverde plant for years. All homes are by well. You drink , cook, and bath in toxic water. You are in serious danger living so close to this plant. Thyroid problems, danger for anyone especially babies."
