Columbia is the required stop every parent in Kings should dread. A lot of the problem is the kids and their journey through puberty, but the school doesn't seem to have the ability to handle them. With 23 kids to a class, the teachers are overwhelmed. Especially with COVID...

We've had multiple children attend this school. While they have had some good teacher at this school, they had an overall terrible experience at this school. We believe many of the teachers used poor instruction plans and were not very interested in the well being of the children. Communication from the teachers ranged from poor to nothing at all. During our experience at this school we interacted with the principal at the time, Timothy J Spinner who is now the Assistance Superintendent of Kings Local School District. We found Tim to have a nice smile but was lacking when it came substantive conversation on education. It appeared to us that Tim was more interested in protecting poor educators than then the best interest of the students.

School used to be good. Now over half the class can’t speak English and it takes away/slows the learning of those who can.

Outstanding! There is plenty of opportunity in this small "tight knit" community where the community actually cares about each student.
