Morenci High offers very low quality education with technology to make it look better than it is. I used to substitute here and several students though there were 52 states in the United States...thats a serious problem. Sports are emphasized over anything else. Students who attend here almost always get recycled back into the mine that owns the town, just like their parents before them, so they don't worry about college and the school doesn't prepare them for college, anyways. The only goo thing about the education here is that they offer online college classes, free to students, via Eastern Arizona College. Unfortunately, EAC is a sub-par college, even as community colleges go.
