"Northway Manor is a very popular neighborhood for several reasons. Its location in the heart of the Tri-City area makes it close to Midland, Saginaw and Bay City. The neighborhood is great for families, with mature trees providing lots of privacy and it is a very safe area. Prices range from upper 100's to about $500k. There is also a nature trail."
