"This area is great for investment; it's currently mixed-use residential, allowing you to build under the city's new regulations, which wasn't possible before."

"Well first they wouldn’t like the fact that there aren’t any dog parks in this neighborhood, the most action your dog will get is in the backyard or on a walk with it’s owner."

"Lot of people here have their dogs, see them regularly on the streets. Nice west lake park in a walking distance, close to the beaches. Houses though are a bit expensive here to my mind, but very good area to live in. Publix, Walmart and other supermarkets are very close, as the banks are too. Definitely recommend this area. Living here for 3 years, never regret my choice. Close to Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, airport is 10 minutes ride. "

"I went to HS here and now sixteen years later live here. It’s quite a unique historical vibrant place to live. The landmarks like Jackson’s, John U Loyd State Park, the pie, and all the antique shops make Dania Beach the amazing city it is!"
