      "Willamina is hard to beat location wise. Half hour to Salem or coast . On the edge of wine country . Seven miles from Oregon's number one tourist attraction Spirit Mt Casino. Nice peoples, low crime, good live music at Wildwood . Lots of Natural recreation opportunities. Huddleston fishing , Lamson Park, Willamina Creek , and access to Upper Nestucca River recreation area. However as I said the town could use a little polish. Quite a few fixer uppers available here still. Overall like I said its hard to beat"
