About this House

Two beautiful, wooded tracts just perfect for that weekend get-a-way. Quiet lake country living with the natural sights and sounds typical of lakeside wildlife. So pleasant. So peaceful. Many wonderful birds and deer are often visible just driving through. Walking distance to SanJac/Lake Houston boat launch or fish at the end of the road. Distance to water is equivalent to about 3 blocks. The property backs up to a small canal designed to give access to the lake but it was never completed; but it offers great privacy. Good asphalt road through out and great Huffman schools. There is an old electrical pole on the property but it was before this owner. Signs have been removed twice so may not be present. NO MOBILE HOMES ... NO MOBILE HOMES ... NO MOBILE HOMES.

"This is a great neighborhood to raise your kids!! Quite neighborhood. Great community events and involvement. Clean parks. Most grocery stores and restaurants are 5-10 min drive. "

"Dogs are very welcome in this neighborhood. We have 2 dogs and take them for walks all the time. People pick up after their dogs. There are pet waste baskets at the neighborhood parks and the retention pond is great to all the dogs around. Theirs also a dog park is the area that is very clean and our dogs love to play there."

"Swell planned community for certain. But the best by far is the diversity of people. It feels a bit like a cultural melting pot. We also have Summerwood watch through our ring door bells so we quickly pass along suspicious people roaming in the hood"
