Distance to water is equivalent to about 3 blocks. The property backs up to a small canal designed to give access to the lake but it was never completed; but it offers great privacy. Good asphalt road through out and great Huffman schools. There is an old electrical pole on the property but it was before this owner. Signs have been removed twice so may not be present.     "This is a great neighborhood to raise your kids!! Quite neighborhood. Great community events and involvement. Clean parks. Most grocery stores and restaurants are 5-10 min drive. "

    "Dogs are very welcome in this neighborhood. We have 2 dogs and take them for walks all the time. People pick up after their dogs. There are pet waste baskets at the neighborhood parks and the retention pond is great to all the dogs around. Theirs also a dog park is the area that is very clean and our dogs love to play there."
