A remote and scenic recreational haven in the middle of the Black Hills National Forest. 144 acres situated in an off-grid spot in the heart of elk country. There are several alcoves tucked back in the timber that would make the perfect cabin sites with views looking down the valley. A spring development near an old homestead site is piped into a livestock water tank with the overflow going into a reservoir. The spring development provides a natural waterhole for area wildlife. There are two other reservoirs on the property.
