    "This cottage located on the SW side of Higgins Lake has plenty of wooded privacy yet access to one of the most beautiful lakes in Michigan. Plenty of year round outdoor activities from swimming, fishing, hunting, golfing, and skiing. Hike the numerous trails all around the county."

    "This is an area that offers lots of outdoor recreational opportunities such as hiking, biking, fishing, cross country skiing, and hunting, as well as many others. Higgins Lake North State Park is close, offering fun in the sun on the sandy beaches of a crystal blue lake. I love this area because it's peaceful and beautiful and it offers endless entertainment in all four seasons if you love to get outdoors and have fun."

    "Great area close to the lake. Well kept up area close to high end housing. Having lived here 30 years I can honestly say it is one of the best places you could live in. No crime, friendly people, close to main roads and one of the best lakes in the world."
