"Schools are good. CMSD12 is a great district. Lots of sports options and things for kids to do. Loads of families choose to live here "
    • Hdecast1
"Nice area to walk with my dog. Pretty homes with a variety of architecture with winding, tree covered little streets and lots of dear throughout the year. There is access to Fountain Creek and a couple of different parks in walking distance as well as Ivy Wild if you want to walk to lunch or home from happy hour ;) There are lots of good hills for getting a good work out but they can be an issue on bicycles, but not a problem if u plan your route. Overall I have to say that this area is pretty close to perfect!"

"Live in an apartment off 115, it’s nice being able to walk to the grocery store. What makes it unique is that great hiking is a 10 minute drive away, so it’s very easy to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while. Overall nice area and would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving to Colorado Springs."
    • Dazziaarchuleta
"there are many families in this neighborhood and it is quiet and there is a lot to do in the area with friends/family"
    • Belliegrace
"We don’t have much community events in our neighborhood in my opinion but we still speak to neighbors "
    • Alyssab.98.ab
"People are very prone to call the animal police over rediculous reasons. If you know a dog doesn’t like you or will bite you don’t purposely go and pester him/her in it’s “home” or “territory”. Simple as that. The people here are rediculous and have no common sense and love to annoy and pester dogs."
    • Katelin
"Some houses have very small back yards, or no yard at all. Other than that, can’t think of anything. I’m not a dog owner."
    • Lynn W.
"There are no events in this area that make the community special. It is the view of the mountains and all the outdoor activities that make it special. not the people. Also I'm not a very social person so that plays a part too."
    • Kiracmeyers
"There are tons of dogs around and we have quite a few dog parks and some great places to go on walks. "
    • FP
"It has the best schools in all of Colorado Springs and is a very highly sought after area. The rent is very high and hard to find homes in this area due to the high demand to be in the school district. It is a very pleasant area and had a lot of things to offer in a high end neighborhood. The Broadmoor is one the best resorts in Colorado and the Cheyanne Mountain Zoo is in the top ten in the nation."
    • Julie W.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 13 years and it’s a safe neighborhood with excellent schools. The city and Mountain View’s are my favorite. "
    • Ageeinteriordesign
"We’ve lived here for 20+ years & love our neighbors! We’re on the west side on just under an acre / natural wooded lot! Beautiful views when soaking in the hot tub or relaxing on the large deck. "
    • Courteney S.
"I’m very close to work. It only takes 5 minutes. Very quick and easy. Cheyenne Road is busy and people drive way too fast. "
    • Le s. S. M.
"The accessibility to restaurants, movie theater and the military base is great. I enjoy going on long walks to the lake and dog parks with my dogs. "
    • Elspirito89
"You can commute either by bus or your vehicle. There is a lot of store less than 10 minutes away. We love the location we are in. Our family loves the short commute to and from work"
    • Yeomanorg
"Flat terrain, larger lots, views of Cheyenne Mt, can hear the lions roar at the zoo. Near Country Club of Colorado. Near supermarkets. Easy to get to interstate"
    • Dave r.
"Great neighborhood, right next to Quail Lake, which is great for fishing or running/walking the one mile track around the lake. "
    • Genelazarde
"just a great atmosphere to raise kids or enjoy the outdoors. or both!! great scenery and great people."
    • Ageeinteriordesign
"We have large lots & in the city! Have loved living here for over 20 years. We have privacy & love our friendly neighbors! The Best area to live!!"
