"Ideally located 5 minute walk to the elementary school (or take bus). A huge plus is no building allowed across the street so a very peaceful street. Wonderful for kids biking - hardly any traffic on North Sedona. Lovely green neighborhood with friendly folk! Safe, no crime area."

"I live here. When and if I were to move I will miss this area completely. So beautiful and peaceful. The hiking trails are lovely. Neighbors are involved in the neighborhood children are always playing hiking fishing or biking. I love this area."
