The terrain is gently rolling across the property, with elevation ranging from 640ft on the southeast side to 750ft on the northwest side. Soils are predominately sandy loam. Several areas have been recently cleared to open things up, improving grazing, visibility, and movement across the property. Together, this combination of South Texas brush, grasses, topography and water distribution create ideal habitat for wildlife. The option to purchase smaller acreage is available.
