Tapestry is 19 miles from major employment in San Bernardino, 23 miles from Rancho Cucamonga, 28 miles from Ontario and 63 miles from Los Angeles. The community will include 15,663 residential units, 700,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space with 4,933 acres reserved for Open Space and Parks.

    Hesperia is home to approximately 90,000+ residents. The city itself received the highest award in governmental budgeting, the Distinguished Budget Award for Fiscal Year 2016-2017. The city also has an 18 hole championship golf course golf course, 5.5 miles northeast of the property. The Hesperia Golf & Country Club is known for it's narrow fairways and fast greens which made it a stop along the PGA Golf Tour in the 1950's and 1960's. The Hesperia Airport, located 2.7 miles northwest of the property is a public and privately owned airport which opened in 1980.
