"Easy access to anywher, not congested throughout town. Only 45 min to Nashville or Bowling Green. Beats dealing with traffic in Hendersonville and Gallatin. "
  • Rsalyer99
"Pretty views and pretty close to every where you could want to go to. Starting to get a lot more food. "
  • Shellykbatesrn
"Great neighborhood. Safe and no issues with crime. People are friendly and it’s is a quiet place. Not much traffic. School systems are good. We do need better restaurants though."
  • Mayomackenzie21
"Quiet and friendly farm community. Easy access to shopping in Nashville or bowling green. Not a lot of food or shopping options in Portland but it’s not crowded and that’s the charm!"
  • Dbates09
"Great place to live and raise a family. Quiet and no crime. Minuets form the Kentucky state line. With a drive in and a casino, there is plenty to do for everyone. "

  • Pmchampion55
"Nothing really. It’s a lower middle class neighborhood. People behave for the most part. It consists of smaller, starter house tract homes."
  • cindy 5.
"Drakewood Dr is the best neighborhood in Portland. It has a beautiful lake and the yards are kept perfect. There are some wealthy people that live in this neighborhood. The people who talk about Portland bad, must be low class. So move out of our town. "
