5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePark High school's teachers are one of the most passionate teachers I have seen in a while! The principal there makes an effort to get to know as many students as he can on a personal level and has really worked hard to create a positive atmosphere inside the school!Other Review5y ago2 Reviews - Walden Iii High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHonestly, this school is horrible. RUSD isn't a good school district at all. In fact, they don't update their security until they've gotten their students' personal information sold by hackers and put up for ransom (actually happened by the way). Walden III is probably also the worst possible school to send students to in this district. They "do things differently here" according to administrators because they're a hybrid middle-high school. This means many valid excuses (such as some doctor's notes, especially when it comes to mental health like being sent to a mental institution) aren't valid here and you won't get your days absent excused. Any student's mental health sent here will not be cared about. They don't seem to care about parent complaints either. They're underfunded and the administration is horrible. If you genuinely care about your children, please please PLEASE don't send them here. "Racine is a dog community. The coyotes are nearby though so just be vigilant when leaving your dog alone. "

"We need more speed bumps on our street. There is a lot of negative traffic in this area due to Mantraca Market if we put in a nice farmers market it would be better since we are so close to downtown and we have St Catherine’s school across the street. Let’s get rid of these liquor stores"

"There’s dogs in my neighborhood they seem content. There’s not a lot of areas to run loose. Mostly the dogs are small. And the bigger dogs are on leashes. The deposits in my area are higher to own a pet. I wish there was a dog park near by. But there’s not any over here. "

"I have friendly & helpful neighbors. They have let me know when my garage door was left open by mistake. They have let me borrow the rotary lawnmower and may push lawnmower could not cut grass because it was too long. Many of the people in the neighborhood have chatted with me while they are out walking their dogs. I feel safe much safer riding my ten speed bike on the streets here than I did with the heavy traffic in the Boston, MA. area."

"It has many quiet residential areas as well as big industry. It is close to the lake and has parks. I especially appreciate my friendly neighbors. I enjoy the bike paths but also feel safe riding with traffic when necessary. Gateway Technical Institute has many programs. I am utilizing one which the state is funding. I found reasonable rents here."
