"Really down to earth and kind people live here. Our neighbors are kind and very supportive. There is a mix of houses that are better kept up than others, but overall a very homey middle class neighborhood. "
    • Brooke Mcdougald
"There are limited sidewalks which is an issue for dog owners, but there are lots of dogs being walked in the neighborhood. "
    • Brooke Mcdougald
"There are lots of dogs in the area and most houses have big backyards. The only downer is that there are no sidewalks! "
    • Armssanc
"easy on 45n and easy off. numerous entrances to neighbirhood. traffic can get bad at rush hour. the area is building by leaps n bounds and construction can sometimes be an inconvenience."
    • Armssanc
"busy streets but neighbors look after loose pets. very caring. no local dog park but lots of people like to walk their pets."
    • Dartagnan D.
"I don't live in this area, although I visit the area several times a week. The area appears to be very well kept with loads of activities at the local park. The area also appears to be very quiet. "
    • Michelle B.
"I've lived here since I was 2 years old in 1972. Everywhere else has grown up but this neighborhood seems quiet and friendly as ever. The Woodlands is across the highway and there are a bunch of stores and restaurants. Close enough to walk but I can't."
    • Msichts
"it's a great place to live family friendly and pet friendly. saw a coyote once but it was alright. My dogs go for walks out front and all of our neighbors and us look out for each other. "
    • Elaine
"This is a very nice neighborhood. Quiet, safe, and everyone is friendly. We have lived here for several years. Love this place"
    • Apipewriter
"We've lived here for two and a half years, and spend a lot of time at concerts at the Pavilion in The Woodlands, a 2 mile drive, and shopping the Mall and great specialty stores like World Market, Hubble & Hudson grocery and bistro and Williams-Sonoma. The commute to Conroe is 15 mins and to downtown Houston in 45. Lake Conroe in under 30 mins. Safety and family are prime concerns of local government, and we've never seen sign of any disturbances. Our neighborhood has one entrance and only 40 (or so) homes, so there is very little through traffic. "
