"My neighborhood has amazing nature - bears, white squirrels, flowering wild mountain laurel and rhododendrons - it’s a temperate rainforest with friendly people."

"Like - nice scenery and quiet roads for walking. Close to town and walking trails. Lots of dog lovers in the neighborhood. Not like - a few owners let their dogs roam but that is the minority."

"Golf Club Estates in Sapphire is such a great location...right off Rt. 64...very easy drive. No hairpin turns, easy walking and biking. Close to several wonderful top notch restaurants, Ingles grocery and pharmacy...very quick trip to the Cashiers Crossroads. The neighborhood has gorgeous, and well kept homes...very quiet. And feels secluded even though it is convenient to everything."
