      "They don’t pick up after their dogs poop. Sometimes when mowers cut the grass I can smell it when I go on my morning runs, I hate breathing in the smell of dog poop as I’m gasping for breath. Even though there has been put dog canisters with bags throughout the neighborhood "

We are st 85 ft above sea level, therefore no chances of flood. All businesses are close by. It is fun and beautiful and clean. "

Great place to live if you like a small town vibe in a budding city. Very close to 59 to get you to Sugar Land or Houston but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. "
