This school sux. PLS DONT GO HERE ITS DANGEROUS AND YOU WONT LEARN.

This school is a perfect example of a terrible school. It is unsafe, the teachers are horrible, they do not care about their students' education, and the students are mean. And don't even come here if you have a disabled kid because they are terrible to them, do not care about them, and treat them absolutely horribly. So if you don't want a terrible school, do not come to this school.

With 2 children in different grades and friends and neighbors one gets to hear other experiences. Generally the school is wonderful, teachers are engaging and motivate students. Beyond impressed with Mr Honeycutt. If your child has special needs or require speech therapy, they have excellent resources. Communication with parents through parent teacher conf is lacking imo, as it typically used for those that are struggling very significantly. Some teachers have a temper and children feel that. They perform based in their experience with behavioral issues in a classroom. Yelling is not communicating even if kids misbehave. The principal is generally responsive. They have a few activities, but then cherry pick who can attend them. I.e gardening club. Comprehensive other offerings drama, violin, etc. After school and before school is caring. Overall a great experience with trips, caring, dedicated teachers and events, heart healthy walk. Wish the food in cafeteria was more healthy. Nurse Ryan is great also. Honors kids may be bored until taken into gifted program. That didn't start till tail end of 2nd grade. Was disappointed with this as daughter spent 1 year repeating 1st grade material.
