"It’s very hot in summer and cold in winter. My California raised dog hates it "

"Our village has great amenities. A huge yacht club, huge gym with new equipment, two golf clubs, a building with many meeting rooms for clubs to meet…. Boating is the favorite past time but we also have 200 clubs that cause relationships to build. Great music Friday nights. There are many churches and we are 12 miles from a shopping centers and hospitals. Taxes are low yet services are great. Roads were repaved, we have ample street lighting, 3 golf courses and many pickleball courts. What a life!"

With that being said, it has it’s ups and downs but overall it’s a great small town. Great people throughout the community. And it’s not a long drive to the next big city that has anything you need. 20-25 mins top. "
