On multiple occasions, she has addressed parents in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. Concerns that were raised calmly and appropriately were met with an unprofessional tone rather than empathy or collaboration.As a parent, it’s upsetting to feel talked down to or brushed aside when advocating for your child.
