8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur child thrived in kindergarten and first grade at Pea Ridge, had amazing teachers, but challenges emerged in second grade due to persistent bullying, which led to my child not wanting to go to school. Unfortunately, these issues continued into third grade. It’s clear the school has not adequately addressed the bullying problem. Additionally, the quality of education has been disappointing. Teachers have consistently failed to complete report cards, leaving us without clear insight into our child’s progress. There appears to be little accountability for ensuring students receive a meaningful education, with the focus seemingly on advancing them to the next grade rather than fostering their growth. Minimal communication between the school and parents. Given these experiences, we’ve decided to transfer schools next year. As a smaller community within Northwest Arkansas, we had high hopes for Pea Ridge’s schools, but sadly, they have not met our expectations.Parent Review1y ago5 Reviews - Pea Ridge High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageEveryone at this school is like one family. Since the 2015-2016 year started this school is a totally different school from what it used to be. That goes both good and bad ways. The staff, parents, and students have always had a lot of pride in their town especially when it comes to sports. But this year was a totally different game. Since this year, the amount of pride this school has now is CRAZY. Pep-rallies were okay, but nothing like the games. The best student section was at basketball games. It would be so packed that some students wouldnt even be able to sit in the "section" for the students. They would have to start sitting in the section next to it. They were crazy loud, always had fun themes for each game that everyone would participate in, had lots of chants that they would yell all together like "nuts and bolts" (one of the favorites), and did fun things like the roller coaster. The student section was constantly laughing and having fun. They definitely had the whole gym all rowled up. From what I know, next year is going to be even better. There are going to be students who actually run the student section themes and pep-rallies. They will have meetings discussing themes and the school will purchase stuff for that theme for the students in the student section. They are gonna go all out next year with confetti and free t-shirts and everything. What a great experience. And the school store that will be opened next year is just another thing to add to the list of school pride the people of this town and school have. Definitely a one-of-a-kind place. They're right when they say this school is the best school in NWA. It would be hard to beat the nearby big schools like Bentonville, Springdale, Rogers Heritage, and Rogers High because of their big size, but without a doubt this school has them ALL beat.Other Review10y ago8 Reviews - Pea Ridge Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son who is in band is constantly getting bullied by the football players in this school. I talked to assistant principal Woods who said he would take of the problem and call me when it was done. It has been one month later, my son continues to have the same problem, and I was never contacted. We are seriously thinking about pulling him out of this school and sending him to another school district. I would not recommend this school at all.Parent Review13y ago2 Reviews - Pea Ridge Primary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter was having difficulty with getting in trouble until we moved to Pea Ridge. Within the first two weeks of being in Pea Ridge the teacher gave her more advanced work and she doesn't get in trouble as often now. They have really worked with her on needing more advanced work and with her ADHD tendencies. The principal is very nice and helpful and such.Other Review10y ago1 Reviews - Pea Ridge Junior High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe things we liked about the school is that it’s definitely a smaller campus from what we are used to. The school allows for students to have food delivered for lunch. What we didn’t like about it, classes are too short, the students have every class every day. Not much time for the teachers to get a lot in for the day. Classes seemed very rushed. My eighth grade student was very bored she wasn’t learning anything. The principal was very rude and overall unprofessional. I actually transferred my student out of this school district. Also, the administration (superintendent) is terrible. Things are attempted to be brushed aside & not resolved. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this school based on the short time experience we had with this school.Parent Review3mo ago1 Reviews - Check out schools near Shildon Cir.

"Lived in Bella Vista for 5 years. It has been generally quiet, and there are some great parks for the kids. And the views of trees are always nice. Though, since neighborhoods are sparse and spread throughout the hills and trees, we have never lived in a neighborhood where kids play outside regularly. Which means my kids are bored frequently. Still a nice place to live. "

"Great topography, hilly and quiet streets. Very forested with deciduous and conifer trees. It’s what drew me to this area, lots of man-made lakes, beautiful golf courses, pools, and mountain biking trails. Great recreation town. Not far from some fantastic restaurants and metropolitan night life and art district."

"We are up the hill, but there are beautiful curvy, tree lined roads. The Razorback Greenway is also being extended to the north part of Bella Vista, so that will open up commuting by bicycle and a great walking path. "

"It’s a really nice and quiet place. Lots of bike, and walking trails...lots of lakes for fishing and golf courses. Drawbacks are too many rules and organizations that make all the rules. You never know who to talk to about what. Two different places to get a permit for a fence for instance "
