5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAll three of our children graduated with honors from BHS. One is currently a medical doctor, one is an electrical engineer, and one is in college. Many extracurricular activities including science, music, sports and many others. Great opportunities through the BSC Career Academy. Like all high schools there are the kids that are not a great influence, but just watch who your kids hang out with and they will do great.Parent Review4y ago4 Reviews - Wachter Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended in the early 1990s, so the school may have changed a lot since then. However, certain things are likely the same. The principal at the time was the most caring and thoughtful principal I ever encountered in my K-12 years. That care followed over to the next principal in some ways, though to a lesser degree.I had some of the best teachers of my K-12 education here, and also some of my least favorite. But even the least favorite were not objectively awful - they just weren’t my cup of tea, especially compared to some of the other teachers who were there at the same grade level. One thing that has likely not changed since then: there is a mix of lower-income and upper-income families. I think that was a great thing, since it means kids of different income levels will all become friends. I made lifelong friends here that I likely would not have met besides being in a school with this mix of families. The school was also very new at the time, which helped everyone feel good to be there.Other Review5y ago1 Reviews - Check out schools near Sheehan Rd.

"Yes there are good trails and a dog park in town. However it can be difficult to find an apartment that’s pet friendly."

"Lots of families and kids. Beautiful neighborhood and lovely walking trails nearby. We spent a lot of time outside in our yards in the summer and most of our neighbors know each other. If something looks out of place, someone will definitely check to make sure everything is okay. Wonderful place to raise a family!"
