As a former student of Mayfield, I can say that my personal experience has been one of ups and downs. However, I believe it mostly reflects on how I handled situations. As a young child I was not a great advocate for myself by expressing my needs. So to say that any of my educational needs weren't met, it would have been because I didn't make sure they were. I did eventually receive the extra help and accommodations so I could succeed. This carried on through High School in the Jr/Sr building where I became an A student. They really do care about their students and do their best to make sure that they don't fall behind.
