I think Central High School is an excellent school. I feel their academics for exceed those in surrounding areas. The new principle actually cares about the students, their progress and success! Girls track and cross country, football, wrestling, and basketball all do pretty well. As with all the other Illinois schools they are struggling financially because of the state. I would definitely recommend this school.

My teacher was kind and and she made us do a lot of work to make us learn.

i saw this school is pretty good, there are some bad things every so often, but it usually gets resolved quickly. The teachers are usually nice unless you get mad at them, then one or two might get mad back. There was a teacher that was only here for a year in 6th grade. She was terrible and wouldn't grade missing assignments when you turned them in, apart from that i feel like the school is pretty great! (i don't know what the SPED classes are like but there are wheelchair ramps at most steps.)
