      "I have lived and worked in the Geneva lakes area for over 30 years and watched a lot of growth. Seem to be a lot of lake access properties, but not too many with transferable boat slips. And vacant land with a boat slip is pretty rare. Unless your building in the Southshore Club. I see on the mls that a nice home at the end of the 6 acre park in Trinke Estates off of Hillside road just sold for $800,000 not bad for a 3 br 3 ba home on a 3/4 acre site. Here's to more affordable sales in the Geneva lakes area."
