LOCATION: This Southeastern Oklahoma country property is nicely located west of the town of Panma, Oklahoma, in LeFlore County. This properties North boundary line is County Road E. 1285 (School House Loop, Bokoshe) and South Boundary line is Brazil Creek. The settings is mostly rural agriculture homes and ranches. An estimated 65% of this land is land with deep sandy-loam soils now in pasture land is all in good native and improved grasses that can be used for livestock or hay.
