      "I’ve lived here for 15 years and it is quiet and a pretty area to live. Crime is low and area is well maintained. It is an older population of retired or close to retirement age people. It is country living at it’s best. The location is in close proximity to Houston, San Antonio and Austin. "

      "Moved here two months ago, looking to move again as soon as possible. Not even a Walmart or good grocery store, have to drive to next towns over. No hospital, no urgent care clinics, one doctor's office, have to go to other towns for ER care or hospital care or specialty care. The people ARE friendly for the most part, but services are sparse. Has a few fast food places, dollar store, and small grocery store with HIGH prices, good Mexican food diner, three regional banks. Cannot buy or cash money orders except at Post Office who will only cash postal money orders."
