"There are many people with dogs in this area. Their is a local groomer that actually lives close to where I live in welsh off of hwy90. Everyone walks their dogs around here. It’s a pet friendly area and all neighbors are nice to animals. Great location if you own an animal. "

"Nice quite area in the country. The neighbors down the road in both directions are all really good people. Property is big enough to build a larger house on and keep the current buidlings. "
