Investors and Developers: without a doubt, the best parcel to have in the Ropesville area! Numerous developments have sprung up in the immediate vicinity, and yet none of them have this amount of paved access (FM 41 AND SH 168). It is relatively flat and has minimal flood area. It has excellent access, as it is only 0.3 miles to Ropesville and .4 miles to 62/82-- and a 15-20 minute drive to Lubbock, TX (population of 260, 993). Ropesville, Texas has exploded with residential developments as more folks are seeking to live out in the country, with a desire to have more space, yet still want an easy commute to Lubbock, TX for jobs, shopping, dining, etc. As Lubbock expands, more and more folks are looking outside city limits to build and call home. Lubbock SMSA is projected to be 379,592 by 2030 and 486,128 by 2050, which will further expand this trend. The construction of Loop 88 will tie into 62/82, and inevitably will make the close commute to Ropesville even closer.
