Once you enter your home, it feels so cozy and warm. All the amenities you would want are here. Mini refrigerator/freezer; Camp Chef oven and 2 burner propane stove; commercial grade stainless steel work table and food prep; Table with 2 chairs; Spa Sensation memory foam bed; Micro solar 5W home system with 4 LED lights and cell phone charger; LED Mini Solar Lamp. All the necessities of home. You then have your own private bathroom with sink and composting toilet. Nature's Head dry composting toilet is self contained and waterless. Lots of security and outdoor lights can be found and all solar powered. A Eccotemp Tankless propane Water heater provides all of the hot water that you need. Your electrical needs are powered by a 400 Watt Solar Panel System with 1500 Watt inverter. A 318 gallon water catchment tank is the perfect fit for this cabin.
You can also enjoy your sauna, again built with Finnish Nordic Spruce. The interior was varnished in natural linseed oil. The wood burning sauna heater is self contained with its own rocks. A great place to relax and unwind on those cool Mountain View days and evenings. The property is fully fenced and cleared with various ornamental and fruit trees on the property.
Go green and this is a must see for those looking for a value in Hawaii.

My son had just graduated from this lovely school, in the two years he was there, for the 4th and 5th grades, he had two wonderful teachers who were his favorite teachers of all times, he learned new stuff fast, and he was making lots of friends as soon as he started school. There were many activities, events, and field trips that kept his active mind interested, and I especially love how many family events and award ceremonies the school held to make the ohanas feel welcomed! The principal remembered everyone's name and the teachers seemed happy to be there.I was surprised to see the rating for the school isn't so high, considering how many schools my kids have been to (due to moving) and this is both me and my son's favorite school!

"I moved here 2016 and I loved it. Neighbors are quiet except the other streets but neighbors across from my house and next door are so friendly. We say hello or with a smile. When we grill we share food to our neighbors. They watch my house and we watch theres too. Every holidays, we are the only queit neighbors & I love it. "
