All the work to grow, hold and hunt big whitetails has been done on this property. For the past two decades the owner has taken great pride in making this one of the best hunting properties in the area! Everything starts with access. In order to keep the pressure low the owner has created an extensive system of roads to easily maneuver around the entire property! If you have an ATV, Side By Side tractor or even a small truck you will be able to get to nearly every portion of this property. The owner has kept specific sanctuaries "off limits" and has set this farm up to be able to hunt the edges without alerting the deer that they are even being hunted! This property currently has 4 food plots measuring a total of about 4 acres. All of the food plots are set up to be able to hunt them with either a gun or a bow depending on the season and on the hunters preference. Most of the plots are currency planted in Oats, Clover, and Brassicas. The largest of the 4 food plots has about a half acre of standing corn. All of the plots were worn out with deer and turkey sign. There are 11 pear and apple trees planted on the farm providing a lot of diversity in food in key locations. Most of the apple trees were used as rubbing or scraping trees this past Fall. There are several hardwood ridges and creeks that make perfect pinch points to hunt during the rut. This is a farm that has a proven history of growing, holding, and harvesting whitetails and turkey.
