      "I’ve lived here since 2019 and have really enjoyed the neighborhood. It’s a quiet, welcoming community with a great mix of families and military families. The homes are well built, and even though there is a shared wall, I’ve never had an issue with noise or hearing the neighbors."

      "The fair, they also dons cute fall festival downtown every year, Fourth of July is awesome, and other events. If you like small towns with a 40ish minute drive to beautiful Florida beaches and can afford to buy the nicer houses or afford the nicer neighborhoods with land in my opinion it’s worth it and a dainty little small town on the waterfront of Georgia "
