      "I’ve lived here since 2019 and have really enjoyed the neighborhood. It’s a quiet, welcoming community with a great mix of families and military families. The homes are well built, and even though there is a shared wall, I’ve never had an issue with noise or hearing the neighbors."

If you like small towns with a 40ish minute drive to beautiful Florida beaches and can afford to buy the nicer houses or afford the nicer neighborhoods with land in my opinion it’s worth it and a dainty little small town on the waterfront of Georgia "
