      "Gated community but people of all walks of life live here. The people arm non-pretentious and ride around on golf carts meeting other neighbors nAmenities are nice. This neighborhood is on Carancahua Bay and it is hard to beat the sunrise and sunsets. Very safe!"

Abundant number of local stores to support local community.....no shopping malls.. but don't need them here. No fashioistia requirements here. Pretty much a hidden secret. Boat docks for shrimping and fishing community huge. "
