This area is well known for its incredible Sandhill Crane hunting with the well-deserved nickname of "Ribeye of the Sky." The deer hunting is above average due to neighbors of approx. 4,000 acres practicing QDM. What is better in the spring than chasing turkeys? There is an abundance of Toms that love the strategic spring habitat of this tract. Just down the river is the well-known Yuchi Refuge comprised of 2,500 acres. This region is known for its great habitat and abundant wildlife. Also located on the property is an old quarry used when building Watts Bar Dam. Last but not least, this land was specifically chosen due to its unique features and was then superbly designed, executed, and managed by a 30+ year officer of our highly respected TWRA. "More boating accidents these past few years than needed, if your kids are of age to operate a boat by themselves or with a friend just make sure they’re responsible! Slow response time in some areas around here"

"This is a very quite area. The homes in the area are well kept. It is a 10 min ride to I75 and 45 min to Chattanooga and 50 min to Knoxville."
