We have several small tracts for sale in this area. They all have great spots for a camp or home. A few tracts have a nice creek that runs through the property. Worst school in Columbia. My child went there last year and it seem like the school never received any state funding. The school is very dirty, during my child's program the parents didn't have any chairs to sit on or bathrooms for parents. I feel that the school is lacking and they don't offer any up to date technology for the kids.

"Quiet area except for fast moving traffic. Not constant traffic, but is a cut through road. Speed limit is not obeyed. Houses are spaced fairly apart on our end of the road. "

"check local rules regarding dogs. trust me you want a fence. never leave them outside alone even on a lead for even a few minutes for the safety of your dog. people can be terrible. protect your fur babies from bad people. "

"The people that live here are a special kind of people. I knew the majority of them even as a child. They have all be there for me and watch out for me. It is a very safe and quite neighborhood."
