Most resources are poured into children that are falling behind and the children who are ahead and wanting to learn are stiffled because there is no program in place to challenge them or allow them to advance. Teachers are wonderful for the most part. It really is the school system failing the kids and the teachers both.

"Near the college it can be noisy, but a couple of blocks away it is pretty quiet, and a safe neighborhood, great for walking. A little creek in the area. Often there are deer that run through the yards."

"The area is clean, neighborly, friendly. People chat and make friends if you want to. Several churches within walking distance. Sidewalks. Lots of street parking and off-street parking. Very safe - patrolled by borough and college police. Close to Amtrak"
