Brand new neighboring residential and retail development includes DR Horton, the Crossroads Shopping Center featuring Super Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Auto-Zone, McDonalds, & Panda Express. Property is within the Adelanto Elementary School District with Theodore Vick Elementary, Desert Trails Elementary, Columbia Middle School and Adelanto High School. Zoned R-S5: Single Family Residential, allowing up to five dwelling units per acre.
